MODERN THERAPY FOR MILLENIAL PARENTS.

Individual Therapy For Women in San Diego, LA, Orange County and California

A Pregnant woman wearing orange shirt sitting on couch holding her pregnant belly during virtual counseling appointment in San Diego California.

You’re doing everything for your family, your partner, your home and still feeling like it’s never enough.

You're pregnant, postpartum, or parenting littles and wondering if you'll ever feel like you again. You're snapping at your partner, constantly holding back tears, and feeling completely burnt out from trying to do it all. You love your kids, but you’re drowning in the weight of motherhood, guilt, exhaustion and expectations that never seem to ease up. And somewhere along the way, you lost track of what you need.

That’s where I come in. I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend, apologize, or brush your hair (unless you want to). Whether you’re battling postpartum anxiety, grieving the loss of a parent, drowning in the mental load, or just missing who you were before life got so heavy—our sessions are designed just for you. We’ll go deeper than venting (though there’s plenty of room for that too).

Together, we’ll sort through the emotional chaos, reconnect you with your core values, and build tools that actually fit your real life—not an unrealistic version of it. This is your space to be messy, honest, and human—and to start finding your way back to yourself.

Customized Therapy for Moms: A Safe Space to Be Real

Each therapy session is personalized to you—no generic advice, no judgment, no pressure to “fix” things overnight. Just real, honest support grounded in connection, compassion, and deep understanding.

I help moms work through:

This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, tired, emotional, angry, grateful, or all of the above. You don’t have to hold it all together here.

What We’ll Focus on in Therapy

You’re not just here to vent (though that’s welcome too.) We’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and like yourself again.

In our sessions, we’ll:

  • Identify your core values and the emotional blocks keeping you stuck

  • Set boundaries that protect your energy and mental health

  • Heal from past trauma and navigate your present relationships

  • Work through anxiety, panic, and intrusive thoughts

  • Reconnect with your identity outside of being a mom

  • Build practical self-care strategies that fit your real, chaotic life

  • Cultivate more self-compassion, insight, and emotional clarity

You’ll walk away with tools you can actually use—even if it’s just five minutes of calm between diaper changes and Slack messages.

Self-Care Isn’t Selfish—It’s Survival

You’ve been taught to put yourself last, but your well-being matters. In fact, your family depends on it.

We’ll redefine what self-care in motherhood really looks like (hint: it’s not just bubble baths and journaling.) We’ll find small, meaningful ways for you to feel more connected to yourself—because you deserve more than just surviving.

Therapy That Evolves With You

Motherhood isn’t static, and neither is therapy. As your needs shift—from pregnancy to postpartum to toddlerhood and beyond—our work together will shift too.

Whether you’re dealing with new mom anxiety, postpartum depression, or adjusting to a new phase of parenting, I’m here to support you at every step.

I offer virtual therapy and counseling for moms across California, so you can get the support you need without packing a diaper bag or finding childcare. Whether you're in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, or a small town in between, help is just a click away.

What Is a Boutique Therapy Practice?

A boutique therapy practice is intentionally small, deeply personal, and designed to offer high-quality, customized mental health care. For me, that means doing things differently—slowing down, going deeper, and creating space for real healing.

I keep my caseload intentionally limited, seeing on average 12 clients per week, so every mom I work with gets the time, energy, and emotional presence they deserve. No rushed sessions. No burned-out therapist. Just focused, meaningful, personalized support.

Here’s what makes my boutique practice different:

  • I’m committed to going beyond surface-level coping skills. We’ll explore the root causes, your core values, relationship patterns, and the parts of your story that need healing.

  • My practice is designed to provide deep, tailored therapy for moms, especially those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the ongoing chaos of motherhood.

  • I work only with clients who are invested in the therapeutic process, open to growth, and who will benefit from my specialized training in perinatal mental health.

  • By working with a select number of clients, I preserve the emotional bandwidth needed to show up fully in every session—so you get the most from our time together.

  • Boutique therapy also reflects my own values: sustainability, authenticity, and connection. I don’t believe in burnout culture—for my clients or for myself. I believe in doing this work in a way that feels aligned, present, and impactful.

This isn’t therapy on autopilot. This is therapy that honors you—your story, your needs, and your desire to feel better and be more grounded in your life.

Maybe you’ve been to therapy before, but you’re still feeling stuck, anxious, or unable to make decisions for yourself and your family.

YOU’RE STILL FEELING…

Frustrated by self-doubt and uncertainty about how to make decisions

Disconnected from your family, your partner, and yourself.

Overwhelmed by the impossible expectations of motherhood.

AT THE END OF THE DAY, I WANT YOU TO KNOW:

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you can heal with the right support.

Your Story is Welcome Here.

Out Of Network Benefits

In many cases, clients with PPO insurance plans may be eligible to use their out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying each session in full at the time of the appointment. Upon your request,

I can provide a receipt ("Superbill") that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance directly and ask them how to send the Superbills to them. Once you submit the Superbills, you will wait for reimbursement via check.

I have partnered with Thrizer to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
