The Best Investment You Can Make Is In Yourself

The Best Investment You Can Make For Your Family is Investing in Your Mental Health ✨

  • I am an out of network provider. I accept out of network benefits, fsa/hsa cards, and major credit cards. I am not in network with any insurance companies.

Working outside the insurance system allows us to focus on you—not a checklist, spending hours on the phone with insurance to cover another session, and depending on a system that ends care while you still need it.

This ensures the best possible clinical work and results.

    • No rushed sessions.

    • No generic treatment plans that don’t work.

    • Meaningful, customized therapy where we actually have the space to go deep and do the real work without insurance dictating how we use our time during sessions.

    • No abruptly ending treatment because the insurance company decided you “no longer need therapy” (aka they just don’t want to pay for it.)

  • You’re not a diagnosis code. You deserve therapy that’s built around your needs—not insurance limitations.

You are welcome to use your HSA/FSA card and I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Out Of Network Benefits

In many cases, clients with PPO insurance plans may be eligible to use their out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying each session in full at the time of the appointment. Upon your request, I can provide a receipt ("Superbill") that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance directly and ask them how to send the Superbills to them. Once you submit the Superbills, you will wait for reimbursement via check. I have partnered with Thrizer to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.

If you would like me to check your out of network benefits please email me a photo of the front and back of your insurance card and your date of birth. This benefit is available for PPO plans only.

You’re holding a lot right now Mama.

Maybe you're pregnant + overwhelmed by the mental load. Maybe you're deep in postpartum, feeling like a stranger in your own body and wondering why no one warned you it would be this hard. Or maybe you're just trying to get through the day without snapping — managing nap schedules, work emails, and the constant noise in your own head.

Whatever stage you’re in, one thing is clear: this is not sustainable.

Therapy gives you a space that’s just for you — where you can drop the mask, say the things you’re not saying out loud, and start putting yourself back on the list. No judgment. No gold stars. Just real support, practical tools, and someone who truly gets it.

You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine when you’re not.

Let’s make space for you, too.

The Importance of Investing in Therapy for Moms: Pregnancy, Postpartum, + Parenting 🌿

  • Therapy for Pregnancy + Postpartum: An Investment in You

Whether you're preparing for birth or adjusting to life with a newborn, this season can feel like you're being pulled in a hundred directions — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Therapy gives you a space to land. A space that’s just for you.

You’re investing in your ability to cope, to feel like yourself again, and to actually enjoy this chapter instead of just surviving it. Together, we’ll work through the anxiety, resentment, identity shifts, and relationship stress that often go unspoken.

Because the truth is: when you feel more grounded and supported, everything else becomes more manageable.

Your mental health is not a luxury. It’s the foundation.
And investing in that now doesn’t just benefit you — it supports your baby, your relationships, and your entire postpartum experience.

You deserve this. And it’s okay to prioritize yourself, even (especially) now.

  • Postpartum Isn’t Always the Blissful Chapter Everyone Talks About

People (And Grandparents) love to romanticize the newborn phase — the snuggles, the soft blankets, the bonding.
But behind closed doors, it’s often a different story.

    You’re healing from birth.
    You’re not sleeping.
You feel touched out, disconnected, and overwhelmed by everything that’s suddenly expected of you.

And if you're silently wondering, “Is it supposed to feel this hard?” — you’re not alone.
Postpartum depression, anxiety, and mom guilt are incredibly common… they’re just not talked about enough.

Therapy gives you a space to say the things you’ve been holding in.
To work through the mood swings, the pressure, the resentment, the tears that come out of nowhere.
Together, we’ll figure out what’s underneath it all — and build real tools to help you feel more like you again.

This isn’t just about getting through the day.
It’s about feeling supported, seen, and steady — for yourself, and for the people who need you most.

Your mental health matters. And it’s okay to make space for it.

  • Motherhood Doesn’t Slow Down After the Newborn Stage — It Just Changes

Once the baby’s here, the days blur into a cycle of feedings, diaper changes, and figuring out who you are in this completely new role.
But motherhood isn’t just about managing the logistics — it’s about holding onto your own identity while everything around you shifts.

Therapy gives you a space to catch your breath.
A place to talk about the stress of doing it all — work, parenting, partnerships, mental load — and never feeling like there’s enough of you to go around.

We’ll talk about the hard stuff: the disconnect with your partner, the loneliness that sneaks in even when you’re never alone, and the burnout that builds from constantly putting yourself last.

Together, we’ll work on setting boundaries that feel doable, prioritizing your own needs (without guilt), and building strategies that actually work in your real life — not just in a perfect-world scenario.

Because the truth is, when you feel more supported and grounded, you’re able to show up more fully for your child — and for yourself.

You deserve to enjoy this season, not just survive it.
Investing in therapy is one of the most meaningful ways to care for your family — by first taking care of you.

  • Taking Care of Your Mental Health Isn’t Selfish — It’s Essential

When you’re constantly taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to forget that you matter, too.
But the truth is: when you’re more supported, your whole family feels it.

Therapy isn’t just for the moments you’re falling apart (though it helps then, too). It’s a space to reconnect with yourself, set boundaries that protect your peace, and build the emotional resilience this season of life demands.

You’re not doing this just for your kids or your partner — you’re doing it for you.
Because you deserve to feel like yourself again — not just the default caregiver holding it all together.

Motherhood is hard. Therapy helps make it lighter.
Let this be your space to heal, breathe, and move through it all with more clarity and support.

  • Therapy isn’t a luxury — it’s a lifeline. And every mom deserves that kind of support.

Whether you’re pregnant and feeling overwhelmed, newly postpartum and wondering why this feels so hard, or knee-deep in the everyday chaos of raising little ones — therapy gives you space to breathe, reflect, and feel like you again.

This work isn’t about perfection. It’s about support.
It’s about helping you move through the messy, emotional, beautiful rollercoaster of motherhood with more clarity, more compassion, and way less guilt.

As a virtual therapist who specializes in working with moms, I’m here to walk alongside you — through the big transitions, the identity shifts, and everything in between.

You don’t have to hold it all together on your own anymore. Let’s make space for you, too.
